This limited edition cross is handcrafted from Granadillo, a dense and richly figured hardwood known for its deep reddish-brown color and striking natural grain. At its center is a handmade maple corpus from Italy, carefully formed in the traditional style of Catholic devotional sculpture, which beautifully contrasts with the warm wood it sits upon.

The name Redemptor calls to mind Christ not simply as the one who suffered upon the Cross, but as the Redeemer who offered Himself for the salvation of the world. The Cross is therefore both an instrument of suffering and the sign of the greatest act of love. Made to be prayed with, lived with, and passed down, the Redemptor Crucifix is an heirloom devotional piece intended to remain in the home for generations.
